Food service industry survey – C&C and Pro.var

Carmo & Cerqueira and Pro.var conducted a survey, between April 14 and May 8, to assess the impact of COVID-19’s preventive measures in the food service sector (one of the most affected by the pandemic), as well as the expectations of entrepreneurs in the sector for the future.
